Enrollment

Please send email to information@itoi-ma.org or check your local print or online edition of the "Action Unlimited" free newspaper for additional program and contact information. The Action Unlimited is online at: www.actionunlimited.com.

Enrollment is ongoing. Enrollment forms are accepted on a rolling basis and thereafter until the program is full (12 families per day). Once the program is full, subsequent families are added to a wait list and enrolled as space becomes available on a first-come, first serve basis.

It is of utmost importance that new members feel comfortable with their decision to enroll in I to I. Therefore, we encourage all new and prospective co-op members to tour our program prior to beginning a semester, preferably at an Open House/Pre-Enrollment Workshop.

While I to I is in session, tours are conducted during regularly scheduled meeting days between 9 am and 11:30 am by one of our co-op members will only be granted to residents with a day pass.

Acton-area residents may contact the Admissions Director and/or visit the I to I web site for enrollment forms and additional program information. Upon receipt of the enrollment forms and full tuition, the Admissions Director will send a day pass entitling the new member to a free class.

The following enrollment forms are required before participating in the program:

      Enrollment/Reenrollment Form (provided by I to I)

Waiver of Liability (provided by I to I)

      Medical Release Form/Doctors Note

New member enrollment is complete and participation may begin only after the Admissions Director has received these forms, tuition has been paid in full and the day pass has been redeemed.

Tuition

I to I is a nonprofit organization. However, to cover operational costs, I to I charges a nominal tuition. Operational costs include rent & utilities, refreshments, supplies, liability insurance required by the host facility (St. Matthews Church) and equipment.

A tuition payment of $135 for one child, and $35 for each additional sibling over 12 months is due prior to Orientation. Additional siblings under 12 months attend free.

Families are enrolled throughout the year on a rolling admissions basis. If a family joins after the semester has started, the program fee will be pro-rated.
